Heat Exchanger / Clean Steam Generator

  • Shell and tube heat exchanger has the wall of the tube bundle enclosed in the shell as the heat
    transfer surface. It has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, wide flow section, easy to clean
    scale, low heat transfer coefficient and large area occupation. It can be made of various structural
    materials (mainly metal materials), and can be used under high temperature and pressure.
  • There are several types of shell and tube heat exchangers, such as fixed tube sheet type, shell and
    tube heat exchanger with expansion joint, floating head type, U-tube shell and tube type, corrugated
    tube and shell type, and segmented type. The main control parameters of shell and tube heat
    exchanger are heating area, hot water flow, heat exchange, heat medium parameters, etc
